SHIPPING AND DELIVERY POLICY

PROCESSING TIMES

Every order is carefully prepared before dispatch.

• Ready-made items are usually dispatched within 3–5 working days.
• Handmade, personalised or made-to-order items may require additional processing time. Where applicable, the estimated processing time will be displayed on the product page.

If an unexpected delay affects your order, we will contact you as soon as possible.

UK DELIVERY

UK orders are sent using trusted postal or courier services.

After dispatch, UK delivery usually takes approximately 2–5 working days. This is an estimate rather than a guarantee, as occasional delays may occur outside our control.

Available delivery options and charges will be shown at checkout before payment.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

International delivery is available to the destinations displayed at checkout. Processing and delivery times vary depending on the destination and customs procedures.

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes or local charges imposed by their country. These charges are not included in the product price or delivery fee.

DELIVERY ISSUES

If your parcel has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact hello@emmagardner.uk with your name and order number. We will investigate the delivery and do everything reasonably possible to help locate your order.

If an order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible—preferably within 48 hours—and include photographs where possible. This helps us resolve the matter quickly, but the 48-hour request does not affect your statutory consumer rights.

INCORRECT ADDRESSES

Please check that your delivery address is complete and accurate before submitting your order.

If you notice an error, contact us immediately at hello@emmagardner.uk. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after dispatch. Additional postage may be payable where an order has to be resent because an incorrect or incomplete address was supplied.
